With over 20 years experience in the industry, Brian Johnson founded COMMONWEALTH Cooling and Heating, LLC in 2001 with the mission to deliver honest, skilled and knowledgeable heating and cooling services and sales. COMMONWEALTH's most important mission is satisfied customers.

Our technicians are NATE certified and have been in the trade for a number of years. We provide regular training on safety and cleanliness as well as factory training on our everyday changes to the industry. As our customer, your safety and comfort from your cooling and heating system is our technician's highest priority. They will give you the personalized service and attention necessary to make sure you understand if there is a problem with your system. You can feel confident that our technicians have your interests at heart in providing accurate, honest and clear estimates while making sure your system is maintained or repaired properly.

We recommend Bryant and are a Bryant factory authorized dealer when you need to replace or install a new system. We've done our homework on all systems, and know how to help you get the most out of your investment.

• We clean out the inside of your air conditioning, removing those old leaves and dirt for more efficient function.
• We deliver terrific customer service - when you need a technician, you get to speak directly with someone who is knowledgeable. Our on-call technicians carry the on-call phone with them. Our office representatives know who to refer you to during the day.
• We strive to help resolve your problem as quickly as possible. When you call we will evaluate the problem as quickly as possible over the phone and sometimes, we can even resolve your problem without ever visiting your home.
• We give free second opinions. When you have been given an ultimatum and are facing major repairs, call COMMONWEALTH. We will come out and evaluate the statements in another company's estimate and give you our honest opinion. 80% of the time, we find there is an easier way to fix the problem and get your system up and running for less money. If we do find it can be fixed without replacement, we'll give you an estimate on the spot and fix it right then and there.
• We give free estimates. Not only will we give free second opinions, we will give free estimates on your job. We are confident we can not only beat the price of our competitors, but we can do neatly and with your safety and comfort in mind.
• We wear shoe covers to protect your flooring and carpet.
• We use drop cloths in the hallways for change outs.
• We wax and polish furnaces and condensing units for new installations.
